Q: I was referred by a friend and I am not sure what offer I was given. Can you tell me?
A: Our welcome offers are continuously changing. If you entered your friend’s name when you registered then you will have received an email from: [email protected] with details of your offer. Q: How many friends can I refer?
A: You can refer as many people as you like and we will give you £10 for each friend you refer.
Q: When will I get my £10 off?
A: As soon as your friend successfully places their first order using your name as a reference you will be emailed a unique code for £10 off. The email will come from [email protected] If you think you should have received an email please check your junk mail folder and if it is still not there then please contact [email protected] via email and we will resolve this a quickly as possible.
Q: I have referred 2 friends and have 2 discount codes. Can I use these on a special offer?
A: The codes you have been sent will work on ANY offer. However you can only use one form of discount at any one time. This means you can only redeem one code at a time. Also discount codes cannot be redeemed at the same time as points you have accrued on points
Q: I have a £10 voucher and the package I am buying is £55. Why am I being charged for shipping?
A: Free shipping thresholds are affected by discount. For example if we say that all orders over £50 get free shipping and it just so happens that your order is £49.99 after your discount has been applied, then you will be asked to pay for shipping at the checkout.
Q: What will my friend need from me to be referred by me?
A: They will need only two things; the first is your name. Please try give them your name exactly as it would appear on our system. For example if your name is “Bernadette Smith” but you go by the name “Bernie Smith” on the system then please give your friend the name “Bernie Smith”. In case our system is not able to match you by name it will ask for your email address – this is the most important thing here as this is the final verification step so if this does not match you will not get your referral.
Q: I have updated my email address since I started ordering from the New You Plan. Which one should I give to my friends?
A: You need to ensure you give your friends the email address we hold on record for you. If you would like to change your email address then please email us at: [email protected] confirming the update to your details and we will help you change this.
Q: How long do I have to redeem my discount code?
A: The timescales are found in the email we send you however if you are new customer being referred by a friend then your code needs to be redeemed within 14 days. If you are a loyal customer and have received a code for having introduced someone else to the plan then you have approximately 60 days to redeem the code. If for any reason you are not able to use your code in the timescales given then please contact us by email on [email protected] and we will do all we can to accommodate you and ensure you get the fairest deal.
