This Monday We are going to be focusing on #Motivation

#Motivation – You need to take responsibility for your own motivation.  It is something that you need to take action with everyday and everyone is unique.  I am motivated by listening to positive audio books or you tube videos.  I also love vision boards or dream boards.  Writing out my goals everyday is another way I stayed motivated.  What can you do everyday to keep you motivated and focused on what you want to achieve?

Julie-Ann Has so many ways to keep herself motivated and positive when on her weight loss journey with New You, She is the most motivating person I have ever met, she really does know how to keep you on track and get you back in the zone.

Some of her favourite ways of keeping herself motivated are:

  1. Audio books – she uses her phone to listen to audio books when she is on the move, in bed, any time she cans she uses these to get a little more inspiration and motivation to keep herself on track.

  2. Vision board – She has created and dream board of things that she really wants to have in her life, these range from fashion goals, family, goals and life goals. These keep her focused to stay on track.

  3. You-tube videos – There are a few people who Julie-Ann loves to watch on you-tube these people have some amazing channels and these keep her engaged and she learns so many things from these people.

It is so important that we stay motivated every single day – it can make us so much stronger, when we feel like we are lacking motivation it is so important that we get it back so we can stay on track.

Fab prize! Every night I go to sleep with a massive smile and pride for completing yet another day. The next morning I wake up choose my brekkie then think right what shall I do to get in the swing of things. Fat burners give me a massive boost and make me wanna move. Moving makes me motivated and keeps my mind busy and focused and for the last 4 months has changed my body shape, moods swings are rare, fitness is awesome and the pounds are being smashed to bits xx

To stay motivated I keep a journal and write down my goals and my feelings so I can look back and see what I did to make a good day good when I’m having a bad day. It also helps me see the progress I am making and how far I’ve come when I’m doubting myself.

I have a journal I write in each day. In the morning I write my mission for the day, like mini goals – 3 every day. Then in the evening I review and see what I have been successful at and what I need to do differently. I also write 3 things I’m grateful for every day. I do this first thing in the morning then they are in my mind and I’m conscious of them every day.

Other things I use for motivation are facebook, secret slimmers, positive quotes or photos on Instagram. I download any that I like and flick through them in my gallery many times each day.

I have a card in my Filofax that reminds me of my goals for the month. It’s there every time I look at my diary and is a constant reminder of where I am heading.

Good luck everyone, you can do this xxx

I take 5 mins each morning whilst drinking my shake. I visualise what I want to look like, how I wNt to feel, what I will be wearing and where I’ll be. I look at this like a future photo and try to imagine how it really feels. This really motivates me for the day and reprograms my thoughts. I can this see this image when I feeling low. X
