So I weighed in on Monday, and I had lost 3 pounds, I was hoping for 4 , but hey ho, 3 is next best thing I guess!
So my weight now is 12st 4. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to get into the 11stone bracket next week, but I know it is a big call for me to be able to do that.
Just to recap I did Total food replacement Diet for 3 weeks in November and lost 1 stone, then in January I restarted and did TFR for 11 weeks, and then had a 2 week break from TFR at the end of March (this is a guideline from NICE not to do TFR for more than 12 weeks in a row without a 2 week break) I did out on a pound in my break, and then I have been back on TFR for 2 weeks, last week I lost 5.5 pounds and this week 3 pounds. I intend to stay on TFR until the end of May, then I will be doing a refeed.
I keep wanting to do diet TFR shakes and soups only as I know this will probably help me to get to where I want to be, but for some reason I always seem to find it hard to resist having a bar or a meal! They just taste so good, and sometimes after working so hard, looking after a baby, and dealing with the rollercoaster called life, I feel like a bar or meal will help me to relax.
I was going great guns last week on doing shakes and soups only, and then on Friday we got a new TFR bar in, called the Luxurious Milk Chocolate Truffa TFR Bar. I obviously I HAD to try it, so I could tell everyone in Secret Slimmers what it tasted like, and wow, it was so good, I had another one on Saturday, then I had another bar on Saturday as I was out, and then on Sunday I had a meal!!
So I am starting this week with the resolution of doing shakes only, yesterday I had a bar (doh!) but today has been shake only! So we will see if I can make it to next Monday doing shakes only. lol.
If it wasn’t for going on holiday in June I would probably be happy to take the bars and meals and average 3 pounds loss, but I would really love t0 get an average of 4 pounds, and I think I would need to do shakes only to do that. Some people are lucky and can take the bars and get big weight losses, but for me that does not seem to be the case!
One lady on our Secret Slimmers posted this week, and she has lost 50 pounds in 10 weeks! Pretty amazing eh! I love hearing success stories like this. And in secret slimmers there is someone posting something amazing everyday, so it really helps to spur everyone on to achieve their goals.
I am considering starting to do some videos. I am not happy at all with how I look, so that is holding me back, as I am still very much overweight, and in the obese category with my BMI. I am thinking of doing a private live video stream a few times a week for new you customers only. Will let you know if I can build up the courage to get started with this!!
