This month we really want to kick things up a gear in terms of giving you the tools to VLCD success.

To do this I have given hints and tips from people who have done this diet and succeeded. I have put all these into one big check list to give you everything you need in one place.

Tips to getting on track and staying on track with The New You Plan VLCD:

[box type=”info” size=”large” style=”rounded” border=”full”]1) Keep it clear in your mind what you are trying to achieve – Having your goal clearly set in your mind is like having your eye on a target. You can only hit what you are aiming at!
2) Keep busy and keep focused on why you want this. In a moment of weakness when you question why you are doing this, – you need to know the answers to these questions before any doubt can set in!
3) Drink the water, it’s a vital part and it really does make the difference to those losses! Water is a great way to naturally control your appetite and keep your body running at its most efficient levels
4) Use the Secret Slimmers it is the greatest resource you could ever ask for!
5) Put all temptation out of your way.
6) Take ‘before and after’ pictures  – put them somewhere prominent.
7) Track your results – you can use many things to track your progress, one of the best so far though has to be the tracking sheet designed by Julie Ann which you can download [here]
8) Be accountable – there are many ways you can do this, one of the best ways is to sign up to our challenge which puts your name on the leaderbaord which you can join by simply clicking [here]

10) Don’t beat yourself up when things go wrong just make sure you keep chasing your goals![/box]

These are all key points mentioned by people who have succeeded in sticking to the diet and losing weight. following the advice of others who have already paved the way is such a great way to ensure you have the best chance of success.

      I am finding the plan relatively easy so far. Always have to qualify in case I lose the plot totally!!! SS is a great forum and really does help focus your mind if you do feel like straying. Just want to say keep doing what you are doing and this is the first time I have been on here and am about to look at the tracker. Thank you

        You are most welcome May and I am sure you will have no trouble staying on track. The SS family is awesome for keeping the focus, people there will never give up on each other even on days when they feel like giving up on themselves and this is why no one will ever go short on support there.

      well as you guys know im a divil for going on about the water so i always make sure 2,2 litre bottles are always full in the mornings and i carry a litre bottle everywhere with me,youve all heard of the bag lady well im the water lady lol ,also i track every single day in my journal to make sure i get my four meals in a day oh and s.s. so important too x
